A good alternative to replace the “old” diprobase cream. It’s not quite the same as “old” diprobase but it has similar ingredients and I find it is much better for my skin than the “new” diprobase cream.

Zero base works far better than other emollient creams I’ve used. Even ointments seem to make my eczema worse as it seems to get too warm under the greasy layer. Zero base rubs in, isn’t greasy, and no odour. It actually improves my skin rather than just leaving a protective layer.
