Honestly, I’m a gym rat and tried many alternatives to ensure I can hit my caloric targets on top of regular meals. This tastes by far the best and cant wait for coconut & pistachio to be available on prime.
This is 100x better than huel and has better nutritional content. Huel tastes like cement whereas yfood is genuinely enjoyable and easy to hit your xK calories.

I’m on my liver diet because soon I will be having a weight loss surgery soon, I have been looking at different protein shakes checking reviews. I actually just tried my luck on this one and WOW !!! I LOVE IT ITS JUST LIKE DRINKING A NORMAL MILKSHAKE. I love it

Taste is good but nothing else.
I used the 12 bottle ready for drink in 6 days hoping to add few grams. Before I start I was 70kg now I’m 69.5.
Waste of money.
