My watch only contained 6 months membership, after emailing the support team they said some of the whoop bands have an issue where it gives 6 months and not 12. Then you have to email the whoop support team which takes a while.
The whoop band is next to useless without the app and subscription

On activating the band it doesn’t give you 12 months membership, just 6. Customer service is horrendously poor and shipped from pillar to post. Far from impressive start to a customer relationship

On the whole this is a brilliant device with a very in depth app to accompany it. My issue is since purchasing this with what was sold as a ‘12 month membership’, after setting the account up it only shows for 6 months. I’ve sent countless messages to them via live chat and been told it’s being dealt with, heard nothing yet. I’ll update as soon as I do.

I was excited to see whoop on Amazon so decided to buy the product.
It arrived next day but when I registered the device I only got 6 months subscription not the advertised 12.
Whoop chat couldnt email, so they sent me to email support. They said they’d added the additional months, but they haven’t. Now I’m being ghosted.
Amazon unfortunately don’t want to help either. Offering a refund or replacement which doesn’t solve my problem because I’d end up with another band and another 6 month subscription. I want the 12 months I’ve paid for.
