Taking these tablet in conjunction with other tablets, so difficult to say if they are working. However I am feeling better so they may well be doing the job. One thing is the tablet come in a slim plastic pouch, which I do not like, and would prefer a bottle with a screw or press on lid.

I bought the Oxford Vitality B12, as it was the right form of B12, and also sublingual, meaning it’s more likely to be effective. It’s good value, and has less additional ingredients than some other forms. I take B12 every so often as I am vegetarian – as animal products are the only proper source , it’s essential not to become deficient.

Have only been taking for about 3 weeks – these things take time but they are easy to swallow. The packaging is good and is thin enough to go through the letterbox which means you don’t have to wait in for the postman. I will report back when tablets start taking affect.

I have brought products a couple of times from Oxford Vitality. With so many companies that sells vitamins at least this company has a website telling any information you need. Great customer service. Highly recommended.

I’ve been taking them for a while and had blood test recently. B12 didn’t came out as high, which is strange a my diet is pretty healthy and it’s been supported with those pills. Makes me question their sufficiency.

I only received mine today so can’t comment on effectiveness, but the tablets are small, dissolve quickly, and they contain no sweeteners or flavourings. Looking at the short list of ingredients it’s pretty simple to know exactly what you’re ingesting, and I like that. The flavour is minimal and rather bland, so I’m not entirely sure why anybody would want flavouring anyway. The little pouches fit nicely through your letterbox which is pretty useful. All in all I’m very happy so far. I’ll update if I change my mind.
