Very gentle on my stomach its superiorly a great product. I feel much better now when I’m taking this vitamin B complex. I have increased energy which was a wonderful bonus.
Instead of taking multiple B vitamins, I take this complex and it has everything I need.

Difficult to write a proper review, on effectiveness of these B vitamin supplements until I have another “allergy/sensitivity/imbalance” test in about 6months time.
However, the supplement arrived quickly there are 365 smartie (ish) sized tablets which are easy to swallow and have very little taste to them. Good value, excellent value if they work!
