Have problem taking tablets and these are small and easy for someone like me to swallow. No after taste after using. Have not experienced any upset tummy after taking for about a month now so another bonus for me. Price is good and delivered straight to my door and earlier than expected win win on all counts.

These are so tiny so you don’t even notice them in your mouth with a sip of water. Been taking them for about 6 weeks and I can definitely notice a difference with my fatigue during the day. I’m less tired and less hungry through out the day

I noticed a difference after a couple of days of taking. Feel more alert and not so tired which is the main reason for me buying these. I have had different brands in the past at 3 times the price so I was apprehensive as to the quality of these for £3.99. So far so good, however, I do really wonder how you know if vitamins ever really work or if it is down to something else like your mind just thinking you feel better.

Bought these for a vacation. My normal folic acid tablets come in a huge jar which would take up lots of space in my luggage and I think the pills would have gotten broken rattling around in the pot when in transit. Also I wanted any medication labelled clearly to avoid any confusion going through airport security. The foil on the front of the bubble packs also states the name and mg. With the b12 included this also allowed me to remove another container from my luggage.

Easy to swallow, cheap, but unfortunately for me I’ve had to stop taking them after 4 days. I’ve had constant indigestion since starting them and my desire to feel well trumps my desire for healthier hair. Oh well
