This is just the right size, layout is good, I specifically like the weights to rep layout (I’ve seen some others that have them side by side but I prefer above/below).
) but that’s just a personal preference. If you like slightly heavier thicker pages you’ll like this book.
Seems pretty sturdy and well made. My one thing is the pages, for me and probably me only, are a bit thick. I’m weird and prefer thinner pages (husband tells me that’s not normal all the time

The convenience is worth the price. It’s got a good layout and lots of space for writing; useful on those last sets while your shaking haha.

I purchased this log book to keep track of my gym routines.
Each sheet inside the log book has blank templates of gym work outs set up in tables so you can input your exercises and number of sets and reps for that session. It is a great way to keep track of your training and monitor progress.
It has 100 pages so easily lasts around 20 weeks if your training roughly 5 times a week.
The log book is sturdy enough and withstands every day use with minimal wear and tear.
I would definitely recommend this log book for gym users.

The book is excellent for anyone wanting to track their progress in the gym as well as other key metrics such as weight and size of each body part being trained. Great investment!!
