There’s no real way to tell if this works. There’s good science behind it but there is debate around absorbtion and dosage, all very interesting though. I cant claim to have noticed a fresher complexion or an increased spring in my step, however on reflection I have been injury free for some time and I feel less aches and pains in my joints. I’m a 49yr old man who exercises 3 or 4 times a week. Only time will really tell how effective these are. They are quite expensive for compound that I take to ‘hopefully’ better prepare my body for older age but I’ve satisfied myself through research that its a bet worth taking. I would be happy to have them in a blister pack and a brown box. The fancy packaging and glass bottle feels really wasteful and unnecessary particularly in the current ‘climate’ of climate change etc.

I’ve been taking these for years now, after reading Lifespan by David Sinclair.
Its practically impossible to tell whether they make a difference unless you have the most repeatable / predictable of routines to make an assessment on your energy levels – and I don’t.
But I trust what I’ve read and the science behind it just about enough to see it as worthwhile. However these are very expensive.
I take them in the morning with Collagen, Vitamin D, and Resveratol with food – either a fatty coffee, or eggs or yoghurt.

I want to love this product as the science behind it is cutting edge. The limited studies on the product are fairly conclusive too, it does raise NAD.
As for my experience, I could tell no difference after taking this for 2 months unfortunately. I was diagnosed with low vitamin B3 levels (essentially NAD deficiency), so this product should have helped. It may well have raised my NAD/B3 levels, but I didn’t feel it unfortunately. I will continue to take it for a few months a year I think to top up my NAD levels, but won’t take it daily due to the price.

TRU NIAGEN Nicotinamide Riboside NAD+ is great for supporting and regeneration of brain cells but due to recent studies you might need check if you are likely on cancer risk as NAD+ can support Cancer Metastasis and building cancer metabolism. Do regularly health checks and if you are cancer free or not having the BRCA gene, then this nutrition can be very helpful

Whilst they are expensive they really did increase my energy levels (and I’m only 36 years old)
