Since menopause I’ve suffered with utis, my go to remedy of cranberry juice helped, but I wanted to stop them from happening. I turned to my trusted resource, google, and quickly read about many women with the same issues who had found a lot of relief with cranberry tablets. So I decided to give it a go.
These tablets are large, but effective. I don’t take the three daily, but two, and I take mine with my breakfast. Since I’ve been taking the cranberry supplements I have not had any utis, which is a winner in my book. There is not much of taste to them, not one that I notice, and I really like no artificial colours or flavours are in these ones. It is a minefield when looking for supplements, so I do try to do my due diligence, another plus is these are made in the Uk, so ascribe to the gmp standards.

So 4 years in on premenopausal never got UTI before this now getting monthly used sachats lots times doctor gave me stuff but kept coming back tried these as was getting me down wow not had one since been on them 6 weeks but just take morning and evening as always forget lunch time but no UTI so far yippee

I find these very strong. They upset my stomach. Even with half dose, they still give me indigestion. So probably worth keeping that in mind if you have a sensitive stomach. Thanks.
