I believe these helped to reduce my asymptomatic premature ventricular contractions (PVCs)
As an extreme fitness person I believe I was magnesium deficient through sweating.
I am now diagnosed with Athletes heart, but believe these had a positive effect on obliterating my PVCs.

I’m not sure I feel any different, not sure they even work and the size of the tablet is huge…hard to swallow. I have admit I’ve been sleeping better but there’s other factors that maybe helping. I’d like to think these are helping and so have bought more, I just wish there was more evidence except hoping that they are doing what they state.
Making them in capsules would help but possibly still as big.
The team that makes them appear to be professionals, DR ‘s , specialists etc, so that offers some hope as well as they always give detailed responses to any questions asked, plus sign of with name, job title and qualifications.
I am going to be optimistic and see how it goes. These seem a genuine company, the genuine reviews will tell over time.

Thought I had a slight deficiency once and bought this. Don’t seem to notice a difference. Didn’t get any problems with it either.

Been taking these tablets for a while now, and they help with night cramps more than anything I’ve taken before.

I’ve been knocked for six with the menopause!! And all symptoms relating, did some research on triple magnesium complex and brands, im certain this is helping to reduce my hot flushes and headaches. I’m sleeping better too. Been taking them for 6 weeks now, im not going to be without them, not for a long while yet!
