Always use tiger balm, I have arthritis in my hip, it doesn’t cure the hip but it eases the pain generated through the arthritis even if only for a short time but it is very effective

This is the best thing ever. After having a flu and cold. I tried all the pain relief and with this i massage my head with tiger balm, before I go sleep. It helped me feeling alot better. My headache went. It does have a scent, i don’t mind. Its a small amount, but you don’t need to use as much because it really strong. Definitely recommend buying from here because Its expensive in the chemist, you get less amount for money there.

I’ve got tendonitis in my foot caused by skipping the rope. The pain is driving my crazy sometimes bc a kind of inflammation of my tendons but I didn’t want to take ibuprofen for the pain as my physio prescribed. Instead I bought the red version of tiger balm (with no great expectations to be honest) thanks to the positive reviews and happy that I did as after applying it 3 times/day to the affected area I am feeling definitely better. This ointment is very helpful somehow and I will continue using it until fully recovered. Delivery was super quick with Amazon Prime delivery. I hope my review helps other people 🙂

I was looking for an equivalent of “horse balm” that is very popular in Poland and this is it. It helps with micro injuries after gym or mma. You can feel it on the skin within 5 mins.
