The capsules come very well presented in an aluminium tin within a smart cardboard box. The recommended dosage is two capsules daily. They are quite large but not difficult to take.
I have found them helpful for IBS and diverticular problems and they have eased the pain and the bloating. My body’s response to them has been positive but my purse is not so keen. At their present price I don’t think I shall be having them again.

I have been having issues with my small intestine and so I thought I would give these a go. So far I have seen some improvement but it is early days. The size of each capsule is rather large. It makes swallowing them a challenge and while I will persist with the bottle I have got I am not sure I am going to repeat the purchase.

This is a high quality supplement and you can also see this from the packaging that it comes with.
I like that it has a combination of Probiotics and Prebiotics which is increases the efficiency of the Probiotics as the Prebiotics feed the Probiotics and therefore allow them to survive longer.
The inulin from Jerusalem Artichoke is a really good ingredient. I have been having Inulin on it’s own recently and I find it is really good especially helping with sleep and it has made me realise the usefulness of prebiotics not just for the gut but having other benefits.
This is a spore based probiotic which makes it more potent so overall it is a very high quality. The price is high but I think the combination of a Spore based probiotic and adding high quality organic probiotics does make this a premium supplement that can really help with digestive support.

Bought these after researching best pre & pro biotics online due to post covid complications. Early research into long covid has shown pre & pro biotics to be an effective treatment combined with other supplements. I chose these as they were recommended as the best on the market for people with digestive problems & diseases due to them bypassing the stomach & only breaking down once they reach the small intestine. After only 2 weeks my ibs and diverticular symptoms have vastly improved & my energy is returning. I’m also no longer in pain. Felt bloated and windy for the first few days but it soon settled. Expensive I grant you but they’ve made a huge difference to my quality of life already. Will definitely buy again.

These came in a lovely little pot, and good expiry date.
I have a tricky time opening them though as once I close the lid it seems as if there is something that sticks the lid closed and I have to really put some pressure on to untwist it again. Weird! Pot is lovely apart from that.
The capsules are small ones, and they seem to be helping my digestion so pleased with that. Though I have developed a ‘windy’ bum, so I might have to periodically give them a rest. 🙂

When I first received this probiotic I was impressed by its quality packaging, nicely presented glass jar rather than your typical plastic screw top. I have taken probiotics for years and have generally gone for the typical Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium strains but decided to try a spore based probiotic because of the research that now suggests that this type of probiotic is resistant to stomach acid more so than the typical strains found in most probiotic formulas and more likely to survive and proliferate in the gut, research suggests also that it is good for constipation.
I like that it comes in glass jar rather than plastic, the capsules are quite large but not overly difficult to take, it is combined with inulin a prebiotic and also a good form of insoluble fibre that helps feed good bacteria in the gut. I am not a fan of having magnesium strearate and silicon dioxide in capsules as I don’t think they are needed as anticaking agents or bulking agents when so many other brands have moved away from them in favour of natural rice flour. I always believe that we take products like these to try and help our health so I don’t want to ingest unnecessary additives that have no beneficial health effects.
The price is high at £43.00 for 60 capsules but if they work then I will carry on with them, it is early days for me and I have started for last week or so with just 1 capsule to see how I get on and then will push up to 2 a day. You can tell that there has been thought and attention paid to the manufacture of this product which gives confidence. So I will see how I get on with them but so far so good.

I have taken prebiotics and probiotics previously so I thought I would give these a go.
They come in a nice dark pot which is good for the ingredients to keep them from being less effective.
The capsules are a good size, not small but certainly not large either. You have to take 2 a day.
I have ibs and am gluten intolerant too so anything to help my gut is good. They do make me a bit gassy though but that could be a good thing, I’m not sure.
While I have seen an improvement with these tablets, I just can’t get over the inflated price. There are other ones that will do the same job for much cheaper.
Regardless of the price, the product itself is good.

So far so good! I can see reduced bloating after meals or when I consume foods like onion and garlic. Can’t complain!
