These are tiny capsules and our son has no problem swallowing them. There is no smell or after taste so he loves taking them every day. An added source of vit d and b12.

Ordered these for my daughter and she’s struggling with mood and concentration. It seems to be working, she seems to be calm and approaching the problems with more ease. I’m giving her only one pill a day. This is not the first product I have from the naked pharmacy and so far, their products been good.

We really like this brand, the naked pharmacy. Their products use minimal packaging and this comes in a resealable pouch rather than a plastic tub. They also clearly marked the products has been suitable for vegan which we are really happy about especially as it contains vitamin D3 which isn’t always suitable for vegans. You take 1-2 capsules daily so this will last you up two a couple of months. The capsules are relatively small and should be okay for kids to swallow. You get a long expiry date of over three years from the time of purchase so there is plenty of time to use this app. A really good product from a great company. It is a little expensive perhaps but worth paying in our opinion.

My sweet tooth’s out of control, I find when I take these before lunch with some black seed oil, I’m less likely to have an energy crash or even finish my sweet treats. I know these are aimed at kids, however I’d recommend this to anyone prone to energy crashes that lead to overeating or fatigue that stagnates your productivity.

These don’t just have to be for the kids! Nice little supplement that’s worth adding to your or the kids routine. Lovely small tablets easy for the kids to swallow. It’s always hard to quantify the effect of supplements, so it’s probably something you might try after researching and see. Unfortunately, as with most, you do need to take these a good few months to really see a benefit. Ingredients seem good and I like the minimalist packaging. £18 for a month’s worth though? But then, saffron isn’t a cheap ingredient!
