Ok I am a smoker like 20 a day , I’ve been smoking for 25 odd years . I had tried vape products , pens sticks and gums and patches but ended up smoking again . I searched online and found Tab product . I thought why not spend so much on other products let’s give this a try . Today is my first day having not smoked a cig so far . I’m on my 2 nd tab on day 1 .
First tablet I took first thing in to morning empty stomach . I felt wow like I just had a puff on a joint lol .. it hit me . Felt heavy headed and slight moody .
It was time for breakfast . I love my coffee in morning however this is the first time I actually had few sips only and didn’t even feel the need to drink it up or finish it . It’s like I lost me appetite .
Then came lunch , normally have the urge to eat and feel the hunger however tofay stomach felt full and didn’t want any anything to eat at all . Mrs however had the food on the table I decided to to eat and after like few bites I didn’t want it .
2 hours were up I decided to swallow another tab . I feel lazy tired lethargic zoned out .
I would certainly give this a try don’t loose hope finish the course and no doubt it will help you quit but I always wonder that that is not the hardest part ! Picking up a cigarette again after xx amount of months or years is something that should be out there to prevent you from taking it up again .
You definitely need some will power too otherwise you will fail . This is my first day so I suppose I will update you guys , would like more info drop me a message I would love to help and advice of my experience to others 👍

It is strange but it really works. I smoke a lot and there is no chances for me to stop but after I finished to drink 1 box in 10 days drinking 10 pillsper day(yeah i exceeded the dose) I stopped to smoke for 3 weeks, even thoughts disappeared. Now I bought 200 pills more and I am gonna drink them till ill stop smoking at all because I am f*ing tired smoking 25 years.

I was pinning my hopes on these but after 5 days of headaches and feeling nauseous and shaky I had to give them up. They work for some but didn’t work for me. Maybe I didn’t give them enough time but really didn’t like how I felt and even felt a bit down. There was an upside for me though in as much, I don’t feel like drinking any alcohol whatsoever. So for smoking aid thumbs down but for alcohol thumbs up

I was part way through a ‘proper’ quitting attempt via the NHS using Zyban, where, once again stress caused things to fall apart & was smoking again for about a fortnight – & was casting around for options & came across mention of these from a study in New Zealand, which compared the efficacy to Champix (which isn’t currently available) which I’d tried twice previously.
[As with many others, NRT simply doesn’t work for me.]
So, decided to give these a try – initially alternating with the Zyban once a day (as I didn’t need the initial high doseage); & then carrying on with these once they ran out…
…however I was finding things increasingly difficult just with the Tab-ex – I assume due to the half-life of the cytisine only being around 7-8 hours – so going up to 3 a day roughly 8 hours apart is *much* better for my ongoing cravings; vs the recommended 2 tablets.
(At times I was really questioning what the point was of my attempting to quit with only 2 Tab-ex a day)
Likewise, I’m obviously far exceeding the length that these nominally should be taken for (albeit that the NZ study extended it to around 3 months) – however since 17% of people are still reporting serious cravings at the 6 month mark, I’m happy to assume that I’m one of those people & lengthen the course as appropriate,
Then I guess it’s side effects – where again everyone’s mileage seems to vary… Where I found Champix (prescription only) made almost everything taste evil & I had to halve the tablets & take twice as often due to significant nausea // Zyban (prescription only) had nothing in terms of side effects // whilst Tab-ex there’s been some noticeable dry mouth & seem to be putting on a bit of weight; which didn’t happen with either of the others (or a previous max 6 month quit with Champix at the start).
So, whilst I certainly won’t claim to be an ex-smoker – though, it’s now been 12-13 weeks (counting from after things had gone awry with stress) – a bit of adaptation of when, how much & how long you take the tablets for to suit &, with a bit of willpower, it seems to be a good option…
…particularly since, with the Tab-ex being a non-prescription ‘supplement’ & comparatively quite affordable, it’s not being beholden on the NHS smoking cessation people & their rules for any part of it.

Much to my surprise, they do actually work. With the help of these tablets I’m now on day 6 of not smoking after smoking 25+ a day for the last 11 years. Better than patches as they actual stop the cravings. Still a small amount of will power needed but honestly, these really do the trick. The amount of tablets per day depends on what time you take your first one. I ended up using 8 on the first two days simply because I was up early and to bed late, but took them every 2 hours as per the instructions. By day 3 I found myself forgetting to take them as I was busy, but still didn’t have any over whelming urge to smoke. They really are incredible.

After 6 days I was not smoking. Don’t know what these pills do but they work.
Only thing is bit of extra night Dreaming but that’s about it. 👍

The only thing that stops me smoking

I have been a smoker for 40 years and have previously tried everything to stop – including patches, hypnosis and inhalers but nothing worked. However thanks to these tablets I have now been cigarette free for 3 months. It does still require Will power but so far so good.
