More oily than regular eye drops so doesn’t run off the eye like others. I use this regularly for dry eyes and find that its pretty effective. It is quite expensive for what it is though.

I have had dry eye over the last few years. I have bought nearly every type of drops, gels etc that I could find. I finally found Systane Ultra and after about a week or two the irritation had eased and within a month I forgot I had dry eye. I use them about 4 times a day plus I massage and clean my eyelids as well in the morning. They are the only drops I have found that work for me and I always keep a supply so I don’t run out.

Same product from optician had a 2-year expiry period but these have only 18 months. As I don’t need to use every day, it might be a false economy for me to bulk buy – especially as there’s only a year left to expiry. Other than that, no complaints – good reliable supplier.

This is genuine Systane Ultra which I can’t get through a day without. I’ve been using these drops for about 3 years now after having cataracts removed and the surgeon suggesting these would be my best option. Serious relief for dry eyes.
