Cannot praise these tablets highly enough. Found out that I was quite severely deficient in B12 from a blood test (serum vitamin B12 67 pmol/L, normal range 133-675). Having looked up the symptoms of B12 deficiency, I had a lot of the symptoms (fatigue, shortness of breath, racing heart rate, brain fog, confusion) but just put them down to stress, having small children, etc. Decided to give these tablets a go as didn’t like the sound of bi-monthly B12 injections for the rest of my life and within 2 days I honestly felt like a new person, all the symptoms have now gone and a blood test a month later showed B12 now within normal range. Cannot understand why NHS treatment for B12 deficiency is injections when lots of research published in medical journals shows sublingual tablets equally effective.

These are tiny little tablets that dissolve quickly and taste really nice but more importantly they work very well. I have been diagnosed again with B12 deficiency and suffered many awful symptoms because of it and 5 weeks into taking these I have noticed a huge improvement in my symptoms and felt better than I have for years. Don’t take them before bed as they give you energy and you won’t sleep! I take mine first thing in the morning and did start with 2 tablets daily for the first 4 weeks because of the wide range of my symptoms and have now dropped to one for the remaining time of the 3 months I’ve been told to take them for. Will they resolve all of my symptoms? I can’t answer that yet but what I will say is the manufacturers of these know their cobalamins and the complexities of how they work together and these are probably the best formulation to be found in pill form.

It’s great to see a mix of adenosylcobalamin with methylcobalamin at a really competitive price. I take 2 at a time to up the dose. The hydroxycobalmin included, which converts into the other forms is also a useful component. I use these to top of the ratio of B12 to methylfolate in the other sublinguals that I take.

Tiny tablets to dissolve under tounge. Except they don’t dissolve easily. Will stay in your mouth about half hour! Also only b12. Disappointed

Excellent performance and so easy to take and desolving under the tongue, first thing l take when l get up in the morning.
