I use this because I don’t eat eggs I hate eating eggs . I personally combine it daily with Zinc and Magnesium taken in the evening as ZMA .
I love it as a man it makes me wake up every day and every time I sleep happier with a excellent firm morning glory .
Had blood test done and GP told me that I was a little too high on vitamin B , then I started taking 1 tablet only per day and I noticed the difference. I prefer two tablets per day because it helped me also falling asleep much easier . Maybe this are just personal effects but at least I got what I wanted . I don’t know what are the consequences of having too high levels of vitamin B in the blood but at my age as a person that do not eat eggs I rather keep taking this supplement and enjoy life until I’ll be around 😊

Can feel the difference, feel more focused and less foggy. There’s no taste, unless you leave on tongue, easy to swallow small tablet. You will urinate yellow but don’t worry it’s the tablet going through your system.
