For a few years now we have starting taking Sudafed when feeling the effects of a cold. If you feel it could be flu please see your Doctors. The main ingredient being Paracetamol. Value for money

I purchased these for the first time as I was experiencing alot of mucus behind my nose and throat. Within 12hrs I noticed a difference and was able to breathe more easier through my nose. Within 2 days the mucus had cleared completely. The only down side with these is if you have high blood pressure as my blood pressure elevated whilst taking these. I would advise speaking to a Pharmacist or Doctor if you have high blood pressure before taking these

Best mucus relief tablet around helps everytime and lot cheaper then pharmacy . I started getting symptoms when i first started working in School in end August sympots took turn for worst and i was on verge of having chest infection (bane of having your sinus’s blocked 😩) . I took these around the clock viola three days and all phlegm was out and it hasnt returned since then .They look like standard paracetamol caplets easy to swallow .

Someone reccomended to try these as i had a minging mucussy thing, i tried these and it cleared it up i was so grateful for these. As felt like it would never clear. If you have a mucussy build up deffo give these a try they will help.

I always keep spare boxing of this product for whenever I fall ill with a cold/flu. It is the best medication I have found so far for treating the symptoms
