I have suffered for years with sinus fuelled headaches. I was put onto these a few years ago, and i can say the definitely help clear the sinuses, and reduce/stop the headache. I couldn’t eat these in my regular chemist, but Amazon rescued the situation. Good price to be pain free.

Did a great job on relieving the headache but didn’t do much on unblocking my nose. They’ve got Sudafed spray and that unblocked my nose right away. I would recommend Sudafed spray and mucus relief combo for unblocking nose and reducing mucus
