Great product can’t live without it 👌

I’ve been using this product for many years and find it to be good and helpful. Especially when you’re unwell, like colds or flu.
It’s also way easier to use than trying to make your own saltwater solution.

i’d say this product does exactly what it says. it cleans your nose and it’s easy to use. it’s not a medicine but if you have a blocked nose and a hard time of clearing it, this will help IF you use it right. but it’s not a medicine! it doesn’t have a long-term effect, just gives you a short term relieve, which is what it’s for. i felt like it was a bit weak though, i expected it to be more salty.
i was surprised how long it lasted. i expected it would only be enough for a few uses but i think each bottle lasted me for about a couple of weeks. maybe i didn’t use enough, who knows, but that’s my experience.

If you have sinus problems try this, I use it every couple of days and it most certainly helps.
Tilt your head forward and give it a good 2-3 seconds squirt and then tilt your head gently side to side gently and then stand up, have a tissue ready to catch the drips, then blow your nose.
Do it a couple of times and you should feel the difference, you can use it in conjunction with the nasal spray.

Of course some of this drips down the back of your throat and you get a taste of seawater (ugh) When I waved a long list of the medications I take to a chemist and asked “What decongestant can I take with that lot?” She put the Sterimar in front of me I thought she was mad (that was some time ago). She was right, although I chose not to purchase at the time. More fool me it’s brilliant and drug free. Totally natural.
