I really wanted to love this, but sadly didn’t. It took a while to work out how to extend the base to get more water in, but even then it doesn’t hold enough water to floss your whole mouth and needs refilling at least twice during the process, which makes the whole thing a bit of a palalva. It is messy to use too and is quite an art form to stop water dribbling everywhere. It comes with four different glass floss heads which will need to be replaced periodically for hygiene reasons. Nearly good, but not quite.

totally overpriced. water compartment is small, only get about 20 seconds use before need to refill. yeah it looks good but not practical.

I’ve tried a few of these and I just couldn’t get on with this one, ive found that there’s no easy way to use these water flossers and they are quite messy but this ones just too messy for me. My other water flosser I can stand and look in the mirror to use with minimal water spray but with this one I have to use in the shower blind because of the sheer amount of water spray. It’s easy to fill and does hold a lot more water than my other one but I find it easier to look in the mirror to see where I’m flossing but I just can’t do that with this one. It does make my teeth feel clean after using but the fact I can’t look in a mirror while using is the reason for the 3 stars

Years ago we had a water pick flosser set. It needed bathroom/shaver power and was a square tank and long tubes. Battery technology has come along what since then and we were keen to try a “wireless” more modern option.

    Here are our thoughts:

✅ Integrated battery which is great – this makes this portable for holidays etc. so you can continue your flossing routine

✅ USB charged which adds to ease of use and travel options. Integrated/hardwired plug provided.

✅ Instruction booklet is good but could be a bit more detailed.

✅ Reservoir tank is quite small but any larger and it would harder to use – its a clever design that unit contracts as the water is used and pumped out the floss pick.

✅ Comes with 4 different picks – normal, tongue scraper, orthodontic and periodontal. We use the normal pick most. normal metal tongue scrappers are better.

✅ suitable for braces, implants, veneers, bridges and crowns

Overall this is easy to use but we didn’t give it 5 stars because we would prefer this to have more buttons to operate it. One for on/off and another to change modes. this would make this much more user friendly.

Once you get the knack of this you get the job done faster and less likely to need to use two tanks per clean!

I was being a bit dense and couldn’t get it to work properly. After contacting the manufacturer it turns out I wasn’t pulling the bottom all the way out! Once working it really DOES work. Keep your head down though 😆

Struggling to find what I like about this product. Perhaps the water pressure, the various exchangeable tips or that it’s one of the most portable Water Flosser I’ve come across – which makes it ideal for traveling. But that’s about it. Everything else just feels like an inconvenience.

First of all, the capacity of the reservoir feels too small. At 190ml, you’d have to refill the reservoir at least 4 times to cover the entire mouth. This isn’t too big of a problem, but the way the reservoir contracts after using up all the water makes it an inconvenience to extend and refill.

Secondly, the ergonomics or lack of. It just feels very strange/weird to hold and because the reservoir contracts when in use, you’d have to adjust your hand along the way.

Thirdly, the position of the reservoir refill cover is just in the wrong place. I understand that having it under the bottom makes a nice-looking product but it just causes an inconvenience when refilling. Yet again, this is because you have to manually extend the reservoir (which measures about 22.5cm without tips) to refill. My bathroom sink, similar to most people’s, isn’t that deep to begin with. You have to tilt at a 45-degree angle to get the reservoir cover right under the tap. Alternatively, you can use the kitchen sink since those are typically much deeper in height.

Fourthly, the cover of the USB-C port doesn’t create a very tight seal. Makes me a bit worried about getting water around the port’s area. I wonder if only my unit has this issue or it’s a design flaw. Will definitely affect its IPX7 waterproof rating.

Finally, item could also be cheaper.

On the plus side though, like I previously mentioned having multiple exchangeable tips helps. The battery seems good so far; water pressure is great; a charger is supplied in the box, and its properly packaged.

Will only recommend if you need something portable for traveling with and not for frequent home use, unless you can overlook the issues I mentioned above.

Takes a few goes to get used to (definitely soaked the whole bathroom a few times!) but now that I’m used to it, it’s great.
