- HOW TO USE: Unwind approx. 15 inches of floss. Wind most of the floss around both of your middle fingers, leaving only about 1 to 2 inches of floss for your teeth. The floss should be held firmly against the tooth and rub along the surface of the tooth with a gentle up and down movement and into a C shape under the gum. The tape is great, it is easy to miss the cutter but it’s on the cardboard box. The first time I threw it away so beware. The tape is strong and does a good job

I wanted to use this as I have problems with my gums. I used it couple of times, but this floss is just too thick to get it between my teeth, not easy to use, instead I bought Colgate Total Progum Health floss, much better.

Used to be really smooth and never frayed, seems like they’ve changed it and now it frays so badly I had to use tweezers to remove the pieces from between my teeth. Gutted.
