I bought this for someone with low b12 levels. After taking consistently and finishing the bottle his b12 level was just above the normal. Therefore, he has now stopped taking them. It was a good high dose course to get levels up. However, long term i am worried about too much b6 as i have witnessed that causing nerve damage in somebody. Great for short term boost in my opinion.

These are super strong! It made my wee bright yellow! I found out it’s because I didn’t need the extra vitamins because my diet already catered for it. I thought I was turning into a minion!

I have been taking Vit B complex for many years now, it helps me with so many things. My central nervous system took a
massive knock many years ago when I was diagnosed with Multiples Sclerosis. Not only does it help my MS, it helps keep me calm and it also helps me sleep. I am so please I found this supplier because my order came very quickly and it was a great price. I will be back in a years time, because that’s how long this bottle will last me. Fantastic….I don’t need to worry about getting anymore for a full year.

Amazing product Solgar is the King of Vits and it was a bonus to get the capsules at a very good price
Many Vit B compounds are the size of horse tablets These aren’t. I would think it’s because they aren’t pumped full of fillers Infact a sales person in a well known vit store said as much when I enquirer why there’s were so large and diff to swallow
They really do the trick My husband and I changed from a senior multi vit To these B compound and a D as we felt the winter had left us low and tired and we can both feel the difference after only a week
I’ll get them for my granddaughters next exams too as she also finds B compound beneficial at times of stress but struggles with the ‘horse tabs’

Vitamin B Complex, not stored in the body passing though the system in some 4 to 6 hours. Helps to top up your nutrition. B Complex has many important functions eg nails, hair, fat/lipid, fat burning (only when you exercise and perspire), it directs the food like traffic light also B1 thiamine for stress/ nerves and when not needed passes in urine in a yellow colour. I like this product because its not in tablet form rather in caps easy for the body to absorb and therefore, the body can utilise it fast.
