I don’t know how to describe it simply, there are cheaper options for vitamins or supplement’s but I don’t quite trust them as solgar! I bought these for helping my thyroid regulation and they helped a lot my doctor is happy with my test results too and I’m happy too. I’ll be buying them again

Most people do not realise it but it is very common to be short of this. It helps so many bodily functions operate effectively. I recommend adding it to your vitamin regime. If you are still unsure, do some research and see if you feel it is relevant.

We both find these hard to swallow, especially as they knock together each time you tip up the jar and with such a lot in the jar they get dustier as time goes on. We have now put a smaller number into a smaller jar to try and stop this getting worse, wish we had thought of that earlier.
I have no idea if they are helping as I don’t feel any different but I want to make sure I’m getting a selenium source for my immune system.

I used this product for my hair and nails. My nails were weak and splitting and my hair was falling out.the selenium soon had effect and I have very strong nails and stable hair.
