By far the most gentle iron tablets that I have taken and having been anaemia for years, my iron levels are now at an appropriate and healthy level. These are fairly large capsules but easy to swallow. They do not cause any issues to my digestion or any stomach pain.

I struggled with iron tablets and iron in multivitamins for years, causing nausea which sometimes resulted in projectile vomiting. Absolutely no issues with these whatsoever, no such problems now

I got this as I was anaemic during pregnancy and wanted a gentler supplement than what is usually described by a GP. This brought my levels up within a few weeks without the usual nasty side effect of severe constipation. As it doesn’t have any negative effects and my levels have dropped again following the birth I will keep taking this daily and feel confident that it is going to improve my overall energy levels etc I have tried several different solgar products before and feel like it is a solid well researched brand that I can trust

Best iron supplement I’ve tried. Have been anemic due to underlying condition for years. This has no affect on my digestive system, is easy to swallow and my iron levels are finally right.
