What can you say about vitamins and minerals, one hopes that they do what it says on the bottle. I keep well so I presume that they do. I prefer Solgar products although I am told that vitamins and minerals are vitamins and minerals, but I like the reassurance of a name I know. Especially when ordering on line.

If you are really deficient than it’s worth it but gave me horrible stiff joints like parkons or something the day I took these.
