My wife suffers with the menopause and her sleep is not great an hour at a time and then takes her ages to get back to sleep on a good night four scattered hours is good but not a whole nights sleep. My wife believes in natural remedies, diet and exercise so I researched and found these. Instead of one hour solid sleep she now manages three to four and it takes her less time to get back to sleep. Just a shame the effects don’t last long enough.

I often have problems getting to sleep. Tried these, and from the first day Ive mostly slept like a log – just 2 days i think I have taken ages to get to sleep, and ive finished a bottle and re-ordered. Also, i have NEVER managed to do more than doze on a plane, but with these i settled down as soon as we took off, woke 3 hours later to go to the loo, then back asleep for another couple of hours. Great !!

The product is fine, but the prices have been hiked up massively lately. Price of this one increased by 43% over the past few days. I asked why but neither Amazon nor Nature’s Aid replied.
