I have been taking these now for approx 5 weeks . I know it is said that it takes around 6 weeks for them to benefit you ,up to now I have not noticed any improvement with my painful joints , so I will persevere with them and see if anything improves . They are quite large so if you have difficulty taking /swallowing tablets then be aware .
