I feel that I am benefiting from taking this but I think the manufacturers need to look at the package design again.
Although I appreciate the handiness of the pack fitting easily through the letterbox, the cap comes off, on it’s own, too easily – I lost about 20 tablets recently from accidentally dropping the pack when reaching for it (couple of feet height at most), and the top just coming off really easily and loads of tablets spilling on the floor. Have also found top lying inexplicably off when I know I put it back on properly.

Awesome product – I bought this for chronically weak immune system issues. It cleared up a grumbling sore throat and high temperature I had had for 4 weeks within a couple of days. I have not had my usual Summer Flu this year and I am sure it is this product as this is the only thing I have tried lately that is different to try and combat my endless sore throats and flu symptoms. Reccomended

They smell so bad. I usually dispense my supplements into a daily pill box. Can’t with these, I can’t let them contaminate my other supplements with the smell/taste. That being said when paired with msm, vit c or collagen the cleared my acne and smoothed the texture of kp, I’ve never had skin so smooth and soft.
I discovered selenium on a rosacea sub Reddit, I don’t even have rosacea but this dude was like ‘it cleared by acne and rosacea, it’s a miracle’ he paired it with msm and zinc.
KP: Unfortunately it has no effect on the visual appearance of my kp it just smoothed the bumpy texture.
Disclaimer: From my research taking too much selenium can have some pretty gnarly side effects, so I take one pill 3-4 days a week max. Also don’t inhale when you open the box, the tablet is quite small and can be taken quickly. I’ve repurchased this twice, it’s deffo worth it.

Selenium is essential for the normal production of your thyroid hormones, which in turn control the rate of metabolism of almost all of your bodily functions. You should definitely try it if you suspect that you are hypothyroid (the main symptoms of which are obesity, feeling cold all the time and lack of energy) or if you have been prescribed levothyroxine by you GP and it doesn’t seem to be working after three weeks of treatment. But beware, too much selenium is toxic, so do not exceed the stated dose.

I’m sure that the ingredients do what they say on the tin, however, I’ve a major grievance with the packaging as the plastic bottle is half empty when you receive it. What a waste of packaging. In my eyes intolerable considering the problems humankind already has with these kind of issues.
