Whilst it’s a little pricey, I’m immunosuppressed and SWEAR by Sambucol especially in the cold winter months. I have been using it for years and it really helps stop me from getting colds and flus, and if I do get them I get them way better than if I wasn’t taking Sambucol. Works great to stop colds as well as aid colds. I take it with an A-Z multivitamin and find the combo very effective. Highly reccomend.

When I bought it from amazon it was cheaper than the price the sell it for in boots, the flavour is lovely and apparently it’s good for you, so I’m happy.

I like that gives good imunity but I dislike the amount of sugar in it

I had been battling with a terrible cold, possibly flu for over a month when I saw something on twitter about this. Several people purporting to be doctors were talking about the wave of illnesses this winter and multiple responses were recommending this supplement to really kick the cold to the curb. I took it for three days and my remaining symptoms completely began to ease away. I’m not taking it every day. but if I feel particularly phlegmy I do. As for the taste, it’s quite a nice fruity taste. Price point is reasonable.

I like this product! This is the second bottle I have used for my son he has had a lot of sickness since Xmas. So I thought I’d try this recommendation from my local pharmacy. My son was much better & brighter after having this I think it seems to give him a vitamin boost!
