Easy to use and does help if you have rhinitis symptoms.

This sprays just like a sudafed spray (the bottle design is identical) but it is cleansing water with a bit of something like mint in it. Not only does it cleanse but it also soothe the nostrils. It’s not at all messy to use. Very good if you suffer from sneezing and swollen sinuses caused by dust or dander.

Found it to be a gentle, effective way of keeping nose humidified – which is very helpful if you have rhinitis, particularly for counteracting the drying effect of nasal steroids, air conditioning and/or central heating.
Don’t think it is really designed for those suffering specifically from sinusitis.
I like the fact that it is not just another saline (sodium chloride) spray. It would be nice to have this explained by the manufacturer but I would think that having a spray where the sodium chloride is mixed with potassium chloride is probably better than sodium chloride alone if you have hypertension or you are on a low salt (sodium) diet.

Found this very soothing compared to other sprays. Dosnt so my rynitis out as much as I hoped. Sinuses the same but mine is really bad. So if its not too bad it’s worth a go
