Pros :- Comfort, good fitting, keeps unwanted dust and fumes out.
Cons:- Hard to fit filters, take extra care not to snap plastic.
Summary :For the price, all DIY’ers should have one in their kit.

I got this to wear while mixing resin. Initially I was really impressed with it so gave a five star rating but now that I have had it for a couple of weeks I’ve decided to drop it to three because every time I go to put it on one of the straps that goes around the neck keeps coming out of it’s buckle so has to be refitted. The actual mask itself is actually really good and has a tight seal. It has a charcoal filter and cotton pads that clip onto it which are easy to change, it comes with spare cotton filter pads but not the sealed carbon filters. The only thing is that it has been let down by is the poor quality plastic neck strap buckles. If it hadn’t been for the buckles then I would have scored five stars. Having said all of this, if you’re looking for a cheap good quality respirator and don’t mind constantly having to re-thread the strap then I would recommend it.
Update….. I have fixed the issue with the straps by putting a paperclip on them and now they don’t keep coming out of the buckle’s when I put the mask on. I have attached some pictures to show this to help anyone else who is having the same problems with them. The seller has contacted me to offer a refund but because the mask does work very well I have declined their offer. If you are going to get this then I would recommend getting some paperclips as well or once you have adjusted it to fit a couple of staples will also do the job. A bit of a faff I know but the mask itself does work well.

Rarely write reviews as I buy so much from Amazon, but this mask is SOOOOOO comfy, seals completely, and comes with eye protection which I was going to keep as a spare but trying it on was also very comfortably and seals completely .
This also comes with several spare filters.
A must buy with such a great price.

Not a bad price at all. However, within an hours use the carbon filters need to be changed. I’ve been using my mask to aid with brake cleaner fumes whilst doing some restoration work on my car, within an hour the fumes had made their way through, I thought it might have been a leak around the mask but it wasn’t. I took the filters off and could smell the fumes within them. The problem I then had was they were trapped within the mask so I cannot use it until I replace the filters, however, I cannot seem to find replacement carbon/charcoal cartridges??
The goggles fit brilliantly but do fog up which is a pain. The mask fit is great, very secure, a little heavy but nothing overkill. I just hope I can find charcoal filters.
