As an anxiety sufferer since being 7 this is probably the one and only remedy that does help to calm. It doesn’t last long and for the price point the bottles don’t tend to last long either. However it’s really handy to have in your bag/pocket when feeling anxious as it takes an edge off. Still swear by it and take it everywhere so do really recommend

purchased this to aid in sleep and also help calm me sometimes.
It works really well, not sure if it’s just a placebo effect, but if it helps it helps I shall not complain.
Would highly recommend it if you suffer from anxiety or anger issues and such, it has helped me a lot.

I got this as I’m flying in may and I’ve heard it’s good to settle nerves,also my 19 year old son feels really sick when travelling on public transport due to anxiety and he tried it and said it completely stopped the sicky feeling

I heard this is good for driving anxiety, I did try some for that and I’m not entirely sure it did anything – perhaps a placebo effect if anything else. I wouldn’t say it worked that well for that.. bet everyone is different I suppose.

Been using it for a week now, makes me feel pretty relaxed for a little while, I feel the effects don’t last long, does have a strange taste but I don’t mind that. Will definitely buy again.
