Am a 69 year old male & suffered many years with nasal congestion. I wear a nasal clip at night for some relief.
This Recuren spray is just the job clears my nose within minutes, I use it every 4 hours or so and at this rate it lasts a fortnight. It has made a lot of difference to my life…being able to breathe better.
Would definitely recommend this product…even though I feel it’s a little highly priced.

I occasionally suffer from allergies which at times would feel like tiny bugs in my nose – using this spray helped eliminate this sensation immediately so it is my goto as soon as I sense I may be reacting to something. I also experience a lot of sinus drainage at times which this spray helps to reduce. There is a little burning sensation initially but this is due to the ingredients and not something that bothered me too much given the results afterwards. My only frustration with this is the dispensing mechanism…the pump stops working intermittently and takes a lot of manipulation to get it functioning again…although recently (with still half a bottle left) I have been unable to get it to work again. It may be that I just had a dud pump but it is worth mentioning here in case anyone else experiences the same which suggests a general manufacturing issue. Overall, for me this is a great natural product which is let down by an inability to use it effectively because of the ‘faulty’ pump dispenser,
