Easy to swallow. Taste of peppermint. I try yo take just before a meal so there is enough HCL in my stomach to begin digestion. Multipacks are great value for money

I usually don’t write reviews, but after suffering from stomach issues for 4 years, I felt obligated to!
I have IBS and many other digestive problems, trying nearly everything over the last few years.
I have been overall better, but one thing I never recovered, from was feeling hungry again – as in, one grape would make me feel full for the day, making me sick and in pain if I ate anything else.
I noticed I have been feeling way more hungry than usual (or per se… as a normal person does!!) and wondered what changed.
THIS, THIS PRODUCT HAPPENED.
I think I have been taking it for a week and a half, and I am sure it’s the reason I have been feeling better!
Do give it a try, it’s so affordable!

I take these tablets for longer than 5 months now because of stomach pain and indigestion
They improve my symptoms a lot and when I stop taking them, my symptoms turn back so I am planning to continue for now

I have fribrosis of the left lung, my X-rays from 2019 suggested that I should have it removed. I’ve been taken these for around 2 months now, and amongst other things I feel I have improved dramatically. Journey’s where I used to struggle have now become manageable, I sleep better and feel less need for inhalers.
One thing I can definitely say about about this type of alternative medicine, if it doesn’t work you can go back to whatever you were doing before.
I personally feel these have been a massive benefit to me, and I took time out to understand the science behind it. They increase the enzymes that converts the correct type of protein.
Highly recommended, worth every penny 😊
