Been taking these for 3-4 weeks now, OH BOY- do I feel sick?!
I’ve noticed that about an hour after taking a tablet, I start to feel nauseous, several times I have actually been sick.
I was told by my GP to take this dosage of Iron, after a recent blood test- so I must be critically low on Iron then.
I’ve tried all sorts; to take it with a glass of water or an orange juice (this is recommended). Tried to variate the time of the day when to take it (recommended on an empty stomach). Struggling massively! Another 2-3 months to take these, then I should be ok 🙂

I’ve only just started taking them so not sure if they will have an effect yet.they look good quality and no bad side affects so far so good.very happy with them as no nasty fillers.xx…..ps must be taken on a full stomach not an empty stomach otherwise side affects of sickness.always read the label.xx
