Bought this as a replacement for my usual Horbaach fibre which I love. Thought I’d give this one a go as it’s only one capsule per serving instead of two but has got all the benefits of two as it contains a pure psyllium husk extract which is 10 times more potent. I take one in the morning and one in the evening, it’s taken my stomach a few days to adjust, but the results are excellent. The price is fantastic too and the bottle will also last me two full months considering I take it twice daily instead recommended once. I will see how it goes, but if the first week is of any indication, this one is on par with much more expensive Pure for men for a fraction of their usual ripoff price. Not sure what other low star ratings were about as looks like I’m the first one to leave an actual review rather than just giving a negative one star feedback.

I have IBS and these fibre tablets did not work for me. Have reordered previous tablets as I know they work for me. Every body is different though so they might work for you.

Not clean after wipe

Got these on the 23rd started taking them that exact day, today is the 27th… Been taking them every day as stated and my body is rejecting them with IBS cramps and very loose bowel movements! Not the way it’s supposed to, not any cleaner and I’m going to stop because I’ve seen the toilet many more times in the past few days than I have on a regular day. Lol maybe it could get better but I’m listening to my body and it’s telling me to stop. I thought I could avoid the large price tag or flawless or pure and I think I’ll try them as they both have the same ingredients and better reviews. That one 5 Star review of these sold me on them. But listen to everyone else and hopefully me when we say they do not work. You get what you pay for! Never a truer word said.
