I take probiotics for my stomach and wouldn’t want to be without them as they really do work. I was delighted when I saw this product as after intense treatment I have recently been breaking out in spots and my skin is dry. If these are as good as the probiotics for the gut I should see results fairly quickly, I have high hopes.

For six weeks supply its wee bit expensive but easy to take with liquid drink and no nasty taste, easy to swallow, normal size capsules. Comes in sealed container.

The pills themselves are slightly bigger than I was expectingHowever they don’t really have that much of a taste which is good. While I have only noticed some slight changes to my skin, this might increase the longer I take them.

The capsules are easy to swallow, and I did not notice any smell or taste. The contents are an interesting selection of antioxidants and a probiotic, all believed to be beneficial for the skin. If you are looking for a supplement that could improve the condition of your skin, it’s worth trying a course of these.

Tried so far for a few weeks and my skin issues have cleared up a little bit better than not doing anything on their own so they definitely work.
Easy to swallow with no horrible aftertaste even if you accidentally bite them which is happened occasionally.
They’re not also the type of tablet that dissolves when you drink water with them so they don’t stick in the back of your throat which is a good thing.
All I know no major side effects easy enough to use Clear constructions the longer you’re on them the better they work.

Like any supplement / vitamin, continued use is needed to identify any benefits. These have a good mix of ingredients known to help skin condition and appearance, so I am pleased to have this combination as part of a healthy diet. They are easy to swallow and have no negative aftertaste. I hope to see impact after continued use

These smell a bit like feet… However you don’t need to smell them! I’ve been taking these at night before bed and my skin actually has cleared up quite a bit, I suffer with acne, for a 29 year old you can imagine I’ve tried many things… These have retinol in which is good for anti ageing and they have SKINAX in which I need to do a bit more research on but that’s the part I believe which is the thing that clears up the skin. They seem to be working for me personally and drinking 2L of water everyday like I always do so I’ll keep taking them… No side effects so far
