I developed digestive and bowel problems about 15 months ago having never previously had any issues. I was referred to a consultant gastro-enterologist and underwent a series of investigations and scans but no cause could be found and nothing seemed to effectively relieve the bouts of constipation when everything ceased up. Despite having my full medical history nobody picked up the fact I’d had to take several courses of antibiotics for an unrelated issue prior to the bowel problem. I finally worked it out for myself and started taking these Pro and Prebiotics which a friend recommended to me. They started to work within a couple of days and two weeks later I’m back to how I used to be before the problem started. Absolute miracle cure as far as I’m concerned! The only thing I found was that they did make me feel slightly sick for the first few days after I began taking them but it only lasted a short while and that seems to have stopped, so definitely worth persevering.
