For arthritis sufferers this is a must have, a very good product at a reasonable price, and quick delivery when needed.

Curcumin is a wonderful supplement and has a wide range of health benefits from reducing inflammation to minimising cancer risk. However, the bioavailability of curcumin is a problem, i.e. it’s super low (less than 1% to be precise). Adding bioperine doubles the bioavailability which at 1% really isn’t all that much. The most bioavailable form of curcumin are liquid droplet nano-micelles with Gelucire which boost it by 400%. So there’s two ways to go: trade up and purchase a more bioavailable form or take more of these in one go to get more curcumin. I’ve taken about 8 of these at the same time with no adverse effect. But I’m also not sure it’s done all that much.

I bought these as they have the bioperine added to the curcumin which is needed for the Joe Tippens cancer protocol. They are great, only downside is that the dye your hands and fingers yellow if you handle the capsules.

You always need to be careful buying curcumin supplements, as very often all they contain is turmeric powder and a bit of fancy labelling.
These seem to be the real deal however and also at a more affordable price than many other brands. Importantly, they do my osteoarthritis no end of good — as such, I will continue to purchase them for as long as they’re available.
The only criticism is the over-packaging of the first bottle — the fancy cardboard box was overkill and a bit of a waste. That was gone with the second order, so I just hope they’ll also get rid of the plastic shrink wrap and, in the future, replace it with something environmentally friendly like cellulose.

A friend recommended this after having arthritis in my hand was causing very stiff fingers. I used it and after a week or so my fingers were much better and no stiffness. I used daily tablets daily and had no recurrence of symptoms. At end of jar I thought, maybe everything was OK so didn’t reorder. After 2-3 weeks my knuckles and fingers were so painful and stiff again. Just restarted them last week and already fingers are feeling good again. Totally convinced how effective they are for me now! I’ll be reordering before I finish this bottle!

At first this looked expensive, but looking at the dosage and daily requirements you realise this was in fact less expensive than some others I had tried.
Seems to work. Not a miracle pain relief cure, but better than taking daily ibuprofen if you have cardiac issues.
