I have a sore scalp due to systemic lupus sle and this calms the skin down and leaves my hair shiny and clean without stripping it of its own oils.

Do not buy for scent. Really works for psoriasis of the scalp. Have used this shampoo for years and years really helps with itchiness. Like all coal tar products for skin and hair does not smell great but does the trick.

Been using it for two weeks. It’s ok but not really helped with my eczema and scalp itch.

After dealing with bad scalp for years, I was recommended this by my barber, who told me this would be ideal for my scalp, I didn’t know this was a thing until a month ago! Using it daily and my scalp no longer itches and reduced the redness that is visible from my scalp, Highly recommend if you have similar issues to me. Only problem you might find is that it is a bit on the expensive side.
