Mosquitos and other biting insects love biting me! Whether at home in the UK or abroad somewhere hot!
I take these for 2 weeks before the start of my holiday. There is always a considerable reduction in bites compared to how much I was getting before I started this!
Of course I do still take all the usual procautions such as deet based sprays, mosquito nets over the bed, etc etc !!
For me taking these before my holiday really helps.
Can’t say it would work for others but maybe worth a try?

Tried several different brands but somehow I keep coming back to these as they just seem do the job better than others – non drowsy & clears your head.

They don’t make me sleepy.
They do stop the allergic reactions I get from my cats which means I can keep my much loved cats
