Gives good burst of energy

Good heavens! This is quite potent stuff. Friends have always joked I’m a bit stimulant intolerant and can be prone to hyperactivity from stimulants or sugar (yes, I am a grown man!). I don’t drink anything with caffeine in and wouldn’t touch those awful energy drinks with a barge pole so my body isn’t caffeine-hardened. Therefore, I might be getting more effect out of this than most.
I use this just for mountain biking. I take 3/4 of a scoop in a cup of water ten minutes before. I can actually feel myself feeling energised (should I be worried about this?!). For the first twenty miles I feel a bit…forgive the expression… like I’ve got wings!! But this can be a problem as you can end up not pacing yourself early and you could potentially even over exert yourself and all the dangers that come with it. So I would recommend using with caution and don’t go straight in with a full scoop as per serving suggestion. Also, there was a spate of some people taking caffeine based work out supplements like this neat. You really have to wonder, but never ever ever ever do this! It’s meant to be taken diluted in water.
But boy does it work!!
Flavour is actually really nice. You don’t get much in a tub so I would save this for special occasions only. I only use if I’m doing a speed ride or long distance (over 35 miles).

We have all seen the ads on the tele . . THATS A LOW PRICE . . Its a shame that its not always the case when you can go to the phd own website and get the same product for close to half the price as here ..
As for the product itself . . I brought this as struggle with motivation and energy to go to the gym. I have to say using this has given me both and started to really enjoying going which i thought was a long way off after being diagnosed with a lung condition. The lemon flavour does come with a kick but within 30mins you get that kick

I find some Pre-workouts flavours really artificial and overpowering…not this one. Tasty and does the job.
by I buy stuff
Like many people, I’ve destroyed my guts with energy drink abuse to the point I now require medication for consuming cans of the fizzy stuff, and I’m something of an experienced user.
This stuff is quite tasty, it works, doesn’t leave you evacuating your bowels in a violent manner, and there’s none of that dreaded itch deep inside your anus. No spike of anxiety, but going along with that it’s not the most powerful stuff either. Mine purchased in September has kept well enough in the tub, unlike some products previously purchased that soon become that crystallised mess.
Would buy again

PHD do some great products (iso7) . This falls well short despite being appropriately dosed. On face value you are getting a decent product,in reality it lacks any punch and compared to ABE or DemonLabz ….a few others I could mention this is at best mediocre

Phd products always have the same sort of taste I find whether it be protein powder or preworkout. You’d hope the lemon would overpower it but it doesn’t. It actually barely tastes like lemon when you drink it. Sits heavy in your stomach. Honestly just buy a redbull instead you’ll feel much better and it’ll actually taste alright

Does the job for pre-workout. No beta alanine, which suits me as it really doesn’t agree with me. Downside is that it tastes of Lemsip.
