Using this before weight training and playing sports. May be subjective but I feel a slight edge during and a little bit more of a power boost towards the end off exercise compared to not taking.
Only negatives are that it doesn’t dissolve very well, so you can feel the last bit of powder stick to the inside of your mouth, so I have to wash it down with a couple of sips of plain water after. It also has a slightly bitter after taste.
Other than that a really good product.

Good pre workout, if you take 1.5 / 2 scoops, doesn’t mix well, foams up a lot which is annoying, flavour is mediocre probably wouldn’t go out of my way to buy again

Very pleased with the flavour (blue gummy bear), mixes well and gives a boost for working out. Good value for money!

I don’t know it foams up a lot when you mix it, it also gives you bad heartburn and sick feeling.
Wares off within 30 min which isn’t the best but that’s not really the pre workouts fault
