Used this product on returning from holiday with mosquitoe bites to my feet some of which were beginning to look infected. They certainly did the job and cleared everything up in about 10 days.

I have a superficial or partial depth burn. This seemed to be an alternative to expensive hydrocolloid dressings. So the dressing is supplied in a sealed sleeve. So far so good. There is clearly a gauze sandwiched between two acetate sheets. The instructions say “remove the backing” but don’t clarify whether that means one or both backing pieces. Neither is there an easy way to remove one (or both) backings. Not helpful as most purchasers will not be medical experts. I think the backing(s) need to be stamped “remove” plus have a tab to ease removal.

I started out using jelonet brand and swapped over to this because it was cheaper. I couldn’t tell any difference.
