Having tried multiple competitor products (Sudafed et al), this is the best one to treat nasal congestion. Not cheap, but you seem to use it less frequently, so a bottle lasts quite well

Fantastic product, the best nasal spray I’ve tried. This topped sudafed and Sudafed is great. Think this just helps your nose clear up even more and lasts a bit longer- only wish it would last more than 1 night for the 5 stars- great product!
