I fell down a Flight of stairs a number of years ago and hurt my foot and ankle really badly, so I had to spend the next year wearing only very loose sandles. As the years have passed and a change of job, which I am now on my feet for 12 hours each shift, plus I’m not getting any younger, my foot started the play up. I was crippled with pain and a burning sensation as well as aches and pains in my knees. I would be in tears at the end of my shift. So my daughter suggest a try turmeric pills buying this product for me after doing some research. Well what a difference after taking them which has been over a year now, I no longer suffer the crippling pain or burning sensation and it has help with my knee joints along with other joint pains. My husband has been taking this product also, he is a plumber and spends a lot of time kneeling in his job, he says they have helped him so he can carry on working and will be turning 70 this year. So yes I would recommend this product, give it a try what is there to loose.

Was encouraged to take Turmeric as a supplement to help with my arthritis. Don’t know if it helps, but I take the tablets each day in the hope that it does. Smell is strong, but I find that the taste is not nearly as strong as it could be.

These actually work. Really. Only downside is they’re not easy to swallow, if like me you’re not a good pill swallower. Din’t let that put you off. They do what they’re meant to. So i’ll deal with the swallowing issue.
