I bought these and I’m not sure if they are working, they are large and difficult to swallow and repeat terribly, but I’m still taking them, maybe when I stop I’ll notice the benefits

Seems to be doing the trick, only wish it was a plastic free product. That is the only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars. I am still on the hunt for a plastic free alternative. Once I find one I will stop buying this one sorry.
If they change to plastic free packaging I would stick with them
I made a resolution to go plastic free so this products days are numbered.

I’ve been taking these for over a month with my regular supplements. I’ve noticed since that my bodies aches and pains haven’t lasted for as long which is a huge improvement for someone that suffers from EDS/Fibro/Degenerative Disc Disease.

These capsules are quite big but I have no difficulty swallowing them with a glass of water and haven’t noticed any bad taste. I had been having pain, stiffness and swelling in my fingers and was recommended these capsules by my mum who suffers from arthritis in her hands. Within a couple of weeks the swelling had gone down and the pain gone. I have also noticed a reduction in pain in my knees and other joints and haven’t suffered any indigestion or acid reflux as other reviewers have stated. I’m very pleased with these capsules and compared to some other brands they are reasonably priced.

STARTED ON TURMERIC ON THE ADVICE OF MY SON AFTER ABOUT THREE WEEKS JOINT PAIN HAS GONE AND AT 85 I AM VERY PLEASED NOW ON MY 2ND BOTTLE
