So I assume there is something decent in this as I got anxious after 2 doses. This is common for me as a side effect unfortunately but doesn’t mean it’s not good stuff , this brand maybe not fir me and I’ll go back to the old brand as actually made me relaxed, less stressful and motivated, good to compare different suppliers

I’ve been taking these for well over a year. I didn’t know what the actual positive effects were so I stopped taking them a month ago. I noticed that I was going back to old ways of feeling really tired throughout the day, not sleeping well or feeling well rested after a nights sleep. Also not feeling great in general and having vivid dreams. Decided to take this supplement again and I’m feeling 100% better within two days. Feeling awake, able to get out of bed easily whilst feeling well rested. Mood is generally a lot happier and I have a spring in my step again! Fully recommend this. FYI I am 32 years old.

After lots of reading I decided to give this a try for my son with Adhd.
