I gave it 4 stars because I only use it behind my forehead, but the taste is very good and I hope it will also be effective for this money

I have purchased this a few times for my daughter who struggles to put on weight. The last time she used it, it made a difference to her moods as well as her weight and she started to look much perkier an and healthier. Trying again as she has been poorly and confident that it will be effective as long as she keeps using it regularly. If not used regularly it won’t be near as effective as it could be.

I have ridiculous metabolism… these drinks are literally the only thing that can make me fat, I got up to 12.5st last year! Which is unheard of for me, I already have good muscle tone and wasnt working out with this drink, simply wanted to put some fat on, and i did, very quickly.

As an avid fitness enthusiast with a keen interest in muscle growth and recovery, Optimum Nutrition Serious Mass Protein Powder has become an essential part of my fitness regimen. This high-calorie weight gainer has exceeded my expectations in every aspect, delivering impressive results that have truly transformed my fitness journey.
From the very first scoop, I was captivated by the exceptional nutritional profile of this protein powder. With over 1250 calories and a whopping 50g of protein per serving, it provides the perfect balance to fuel muscle growth effectively. I have noticed a significant difference in the progress of my workouts, with my muscles feeling more nourished and resilient than ever before.
What sets this protein powder apart from others is the inclusion of 3 grams of creatine monohydrate. Creatine is renowned for its ability to enhance performance during intense exercises, and I can vouch for its effectiveness. Thanks to this addition, my workouts have become more productive, allowing me to push through my limits and achieve new personal records. The boost in endurance has been truly remarkable, and I feel invigorated during even the most challenging workouts.
One of the most appealing aspects of Optimum Nutrition Serious Mass is its no added sugar formula. Instead, it boasts an array of 25 essential vitamins and minerals, ensuring that my body receives the necessary nutrients to support my fitness goals. This comprehensive approach to nutrition gives me the confidence that I’m providing my body with the best possible support during my fitness journey.
As someone who pays close attention to fat intake, I am pleased with the low fat content of this mass gainer. With less than 5g of fat per serving, I can maintain a lean physique while still achieving my muscle-building objectives. This balance of macronutrients is crucial to my overall fitness plan, and Serious Mass delivers it flawlessly.
The substantial carbohydrate content, over 250 grams per serving, plays a vital role in supporting muscle recovery. After intense workouts, my muscles feel less fatigued, and I experience reduced soreness. The carbohydrates aid in replenishing glycogen stores, allowing me to bounce back quickly and be ready for the next challenge.
Among the six delectable flavors available, the banana flavor has captured my heart. It’s a refreshing and delightful treat that blends effortlessly with water or plant-based milk. The taste is so good that it feels like I’m indulging in a guilty pleasure, but without any guilt! I’ve also experimented with adding fruits or nut butters, creating mouthwatering post-workout smoothies that not only fuel my body but also satisfy my taste buds.
The convenience of preparing this weight gainer is worth mentioning as well. Mixing two scoops with 710 ml of water or plant milk is a breeze, and the smooth consistency ensures there are no clumps. It’s quick and hassle-free, allowing me to enjoy my protein-packed smoothie in no time.
The 8-serving container size is perfect for me, providing flexibility in how I use the product. Whether I’m in the midst of an intense workout phase or using it as part of my regular routine, this size suits my needs perfectly. After losing loads of weight and mass after a long illness and operation, I used this for about 4 month , and the results are pretty good, I’m back to my original strength and weight, I use in conjunction with exercise and strength training, I now use sporadically to help with muscle growth after exercise, I recon if I carried on , I’d be huge ( not what I want ) and skint ( definitely not what I want ) but used for a short period for quick results, then it’s the next best thing after HGH,

This tastes amazing. I blend a scoop and a half in the Breville smoothie maker and it’s perfect. It is quite a lot of powder but if you fill it half up with milk (I use soy) then add the powder then finish with as much milk as will fit in it tastes like a store bought milkshake. I add a handful of blueberries too and it tastes almost caramel like! You will definitely need a blender though due to the amount of powder.
I’ve always been really thin but recently became aware that I looked quite Ill- I’m very picky with eating and previously would be constantly starving but didn’t want to eat anything. I’ve been having 3-4 of these a day for the last 2 and a half weeks and I’ve put in just under a stone. I’m not hungry all the time and I have loads more energy- honestly I wish I bought this years ago.
I also bought strawberry which is pretty tasty too, but banana is definitely the nicest in my opinion.
